Submitting an Article for the CGQ We are always seeking member content for the Corporate Governance Quarterly (CGQ) publication! Submitting an article for the CGQ is a great way to share your personal experiences and knowledge in the field while benefiting from the exposure of reaching over 1000 of your fellow members across Canada and the Caribbean. Articles must be original and constitute a member’s own view. On publication, the rights to the article will be transferred to Chartered Secretaries Canada. Any publication published in the magazine may be published elsewhere provided approvals are given by Chartered Secretaries Canada, we will always check with you first. Chartered Secretaries Canada will ensure that credit is given to both author and magazine for all re-published articles. Articles and other contributions can be e-mailed to david@icsacanada.org. Once your article is submitted, it will be presented to the Editorial Committee for review and upon approval will be incorporated in the next issue to be printed. The Canadian Foundation for Professional Administration (CFPA) has introduced a $500 award for the best original Governance article written by an ICSA Canada member and published in the Corporate Governance Quarterly (CGQ) during 2017. An original article is defined as one that has not been published in another publication. The Foundation's Board will make the selection upon review of all Governance articles submitted and published in the CGQ during the 2017 year. All original articles to be considered need to be submitted by November 1st, 2017 to ensure they are published in the 2017 year. We look forward to your contributions.
