Corporate Governance Quarterly

Corporate Governance Quarterly is the professional magazine of Chartered Secretaries Canada and offers an exchange with other experienced minds in the fields of law, management, ethics, in an array of current governance concerns. The magazine regularly publishes features on knowledge and insight of innovative and cost-effective practices that affect Canadian professionals, including Canadian content as well as international experiences. The magazine also serves its members with news on the Institute, including information on networking opportunities, continuing professional development on a number of good corporate governance practices, and updates on other members.
