Websites: Advertisements include a 10 word description, logo and hot link to advertiser’s site. The location of the advertisement on the site will be determined in dialogue between the advertiser and the webmaster, and chosen to best suit the advertiser’s specific product and service. Logos should be emailed or sent by disk in JPG or GIF format.

Artwork is to be provided, in order of preference: electronic file in (1) PDF format (Adobe Acrobat distilled “FOR PRESS” files). Disable any colour management settings and embed all fonts; (2) TIFF or JPEG high resolution (300 dpi) ; or (3) EPS vector format with fonts set to outline.
Artwork can be submitted by Email to the ICSA Office at info@icsacanada.org or marie@mcnamee.ca. Large files can be submitted on CD to the ICSA office or contact the ICSA office for information on uploading to an available FTP site. A proof copy must be included with this application (or faxed to 416-491-1670) for verification. Additional charge will be applied for typesetting or modification to existing art.
COPY PROTECTIVE CLAUSE:
Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content (including text, representation and illustrations) of advertisements printed and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against the publisher. The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising which is felt not in keeping with the publication’s standards.
Production charges will be incurred by the advertiser for material that does not meet mechanical requirements.
