Signing
Authority Policies
A
registered charity with subsidiaries that include for-profit
companies asks:
I am looking for samples of Signing Authority Policies. The
questions that have arisen include, dollar value levels for CEO, EVP,
VP, etc. Are
there different thresholds for capital versus operating expenditures
and for the inclusion of revenue in the policy?
