Chartered Secretaries Canada Affiliates Group is designed for Professionals involved with issues surrounding corporate governance, compliance management, and allied fields. Individuals targeted include business executives, government business managers, accountants, and lawyers – and their staff - who wish to keep up-to-date with key corporate and legislative issues but who may not currently be eligible for full membership in ICSA.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

• Subscription to our professional magazine, Corporate Governance Quarterly, published four times per year
• In conjunction with CCH, a 30% discount of the regular price on the Canadian Corporate Secretaries Guide
• Members’ discounted rate to attend all professional development activities.
• Invitations to special events organized by the National Office and/or Branch in your area
• 50% discount on the Student Application Fee when enrolling in the Professional Program and 25% discount on the first year’s annual student membership fee.

The annual fee is just $194.25 (includes 5% GST #11896 9427 RT).

Please note that Affiliates do not have membership status in ICSA. Affiliates do not receive all the benefits available to member of Chartered Secretaries Canada , in particular, the ability to use the professional designation 'Chartered Secretary" and/or the post nominal ACIS or FCIS.
