Academic Requirements For admission as a student, candidates must have an undergraduate degree from a university recognized by the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC), or a professional accounting designation such as CMA, CGA, or CA. Graduates from a two- or three-year college program, in a related discipline, from a post-secondary institution recognized by the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) and/or approved by Chartered Secretaries Canada you may also qualify for admission. Foreign Academic Credentials Individuals who hold foreign academic credentials, are required to provide a credential evaluation with their application. Credential evaluations can be provided through a university recognized by AUCC. Chartered Secretaries Canada also recognizes credential evaluations provided by World Education Services, Canadian Office.
