Legal Affair Officer

Silvercorp Metals Inc. (TSX Symbol: SVM), China’s largest primary silver producer, was ranked BC’s second fastest growing public company last year. This billion dollar market cap company is looking for a Legal Affairs Officer with excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and ideally Mandarin for its office in Downtown Vancouver, BC. 

The ideal candidate will have general corporate/commercial experience and a solid understanding of securities law gained in a law firm or in-house setting. Applicants should have a Canadian or U.S. law degree or a minimum of 5 years experience working as an intermediate to senior securities paralegal.
