Our client is looking for a polished, professional Corporate Secretary to join their successful team in their Etobicoke location. This position is a One Year Maternity Leave Contract with a realistic opportunity for permanent placement. This person will interact with senior management; communicate with internal personnel, and external clients. A main output of this position will be the timely and accurate turnaround of administrative tasks supporting, coordinating and minute taking for senior level meetings. Candidates must have intermediate level administrative experience, and excellent typing or minute taking experience. The successful candidate will also have experience putting together presentations, documents, manuals, and reports. Experience working with confidential materials and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office along with an outgoing, dynamic personality is an asset.
ROLE:
Maintains the Calendars and coordinate schedules for internal and external meetings.
Draft regular business correspondence (memos, letters).
Preparation of documents, manuals and presentations as required
Maintain department files, binders, and manuals.
Actively participate in special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Effective organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
