Position: Managing Director — Hedge Fund and Multinational Corporate Services

Managing Director — Hedge Fund and Multinational Corporate Services
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Overall supervision of the provision of corporate services to hedge fund and multinational clients in line with global guidelines of the Citco Group;
Setting of financial goals and responsibility for achieving agreed upon targets;
Growth of the client portfolio in an autonomous environment;
Marketing related activities surrounding meeting potential clients;
Report to the Global Director of Corporate Services;
Direct supervision of all corporate secretarial staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
A corporate lawyer with a minimum 3 years experience and a Chartered Secretary (ICSA) designation would be an asset;
Experience working at a Board of Directors level;
A proven ability to act as a self-starter and work with a high level of autonomy;
Proven management and interpersonal skills;
In-depth knowledge of Bermuda company law would be an asset as well as related professional experience;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft applications.
