Position: Managing Director — Hedge Fund and Multinational Corporate Services

Managing Director — Hedge Fund and Multinational Corporate Services

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Overall supervision of the provision of corporate services to hedge fund and multinational clients in line with global guidelines of the Citco Group;
  • Setting of financial goals and responsibility for achieving agreed upon targets;
  • Growth of the client portfolio in an autonomous environment;
  • Marketing related activities surrounding meeting potential clients;
  • Report to the Global Director of Corporate Services;
  • Direct supervision of all corporate secretarial staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A corporate lawyer with a minimum 3 years experience and a Chartered Secretary (ICSA) designation would be an asset;
  • Experience working at a Board of Directors level;
  • A proven ability to act as a self-starter and work with a high level of autonomy;
  • Proven management and interpersonal skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of Bermuda company law would be an asset as well as related professional experience;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft applications.
