If so, then consider one of these five opportunities with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, financial management branch, where you will provide financial expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of financial tools, processes, controls and services to support customers in the effective management of financial resources. In this role, you will: provide financial expertise and advice to ministry customers regarding financial planning and management; gather, analyze and monitor trends and customers’ financial performance, assess customers’ business needs, and perform financial analysis; identify financial trends, risks and opportunities, and provide reports and recommendations; develop and implement operational frameworks, business processes and tools in support of the ministry’s fiscal cycle; assist in the development and implementation of training programs, communication tools and material; lead, and/or participate on cross-functional teams and projects. Three positions are permanent; two are six-month contracts. Location: 5700 Yonge Street, North York (Toronto).
