Knowledge Assessments

A series of banks of questions for each of the six competency areas have been developed to test your knowledge and understanding of standard professional administration practices.

Questions have been designed to test

• basic knowledge such as facts and terminology
• understanding of concepts, procedures, and principles
• application of concepts.

Test questions appear in the multiple-choice format (one best response).  A certificate of completion will be generated upon the successful completion of each of the six Knowledge Assessments.

Candidates for the P.Adm, designation are expected to have a basic knowledge in each of the core competencies. While candidates will have access to a variety of on-line resources that will help to prepare for each of the knowledge assessments, questions have not necessarily been developed from that material.
