Irv Ash BA, LLB, MA, FCIS, P.Adm
 
After spending 12 years in private practice, with a law firm in Calgary, and as a corporate executive with various corporations in Toronto, Irv Ash decided to teach. Since 1992, he has taught at various colleges and Ryerson University in Toronto. In 2001 he became a full-time professor at Seneca College - teaching numerous and varied legal courses. He has devoted much time in the last 10 years to ICSA working in such positions as Chief Examiner, the developer and deliverer of various workshops, and as writer of a number of corporate law and practice guides.
