Garnett Fenn

Garnet W. Fenn, B.Comm, MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, CGA, FCSI, FCIS, CIM, P.Admin., Acc. Dir. is a finance executive in the automotive industry and a sessional instructor in Finance, Accounting and Taxation at the University of Windsor. Mr. Fenn holds several accounting and investment designations and has extensive experience in Canada, the U.S. and internationally in the finance and automotive operations.  He has executive level management experience in all areas of finance including management accounting, taxation, pension plan management, mergers and acquisitions, real estate management, treasury and banking operations, forecasting, budgeting, external reporting, investor relations, and financial analysis and reporting at Chrysler LLC, DaimlerChrysler Corporation and KPMG Chartered Accountants. He has completed executive programs at the University of Western Ontario, INSEAD (Paris) and IMD (Switzerland) and is a former voting member of the Canadian Audit and Assurance Oversight Council and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts and Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Most recently, he developed a study manual for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in financial literacy for corporate directors. He is the chief financial examiner for this institute. He is currently the Asst. Treasurer of Chrysler LLC in Auburn Hills, Michigan and lives in Windsor, Ontario with his wife and two children.
