Wine & Cheese Reception
The Alberta Branch is honoured to welcome the National members of ICSA - Chartered Secretaries Canada to Calgary for its Joint National Annual General Meetings. In recognition of this special event, the Alberta Branch is hosting a Wine & Cheese Reception starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, June 13, during which time Bruce Murray, President will make several special award presentations. The Alberta Branch is providing a full subsidy for this event and encourages all its members to participate. For those parking downtown, the Bow Valley Club provides free parking after 4:30 pm with a validated parkade ticket. We look forward to seeing you.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED SECRETARIES AND ADMINISTRATORS IN ALBERTA (THE ‘BRANCH’)

TAKE NOTICE the Annual General Meeting of the Branch will be held at the Bow Valley Club, J. Lecky Room, 370, 250 – 6 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. to conduct the following business:

• To receive the Report of the Directors;
  
• To receive the financial statements and the auditors’ report thereon;
  
• To appoint the Directors of the Branch for a two-year term; and
• To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year.
• Members are entitled to vote by Proxy.

A completed and signed form of Proxy can be forwarded to the Branch until 5:00 p.m. on April 9, 2008.

• 5:30 p.m. Annual General Meeting

• $35.00* for members and students / CSCS members
• $30.00* for retired members
