What is a Chartered Secretary?
“Chartered Secretary” is the professional term for the members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators - a world-wide organization of executive administrators and advisors in corporate matters. A Chartered Secretary has successfully completed a rigorous qualification process covering the areas of:  governance, corporate finance, corporate law, strategy and corporate secretarial practice.
